The event will officially begin on Friday, October 11th, 2024, time to be determined. And it will end on the night of Sunday, October 13th, 2024, time to be determined.

Traditionally, the event organization holds a dance party on the Thursday night before the Festival, at a location near where the event will take place. It is open to the event participants, prioritizing them, as well as others. This party is not included in the FULL PASS, and only some artists who are already at the venue and wish to attend participate.

The detailed event schedule is traditionally released by the event organizers about 45 days before the event takes place.

Although the detailed event schedule has not been released, we can inform you that there will be accreditation activities and workshops in the afternoon of Friday, October 11th, 2024.

The BBF Rio 2024 Full Pass includes access to workshops by international and national artists held according to the detailed schedule to be released at an opportune time, access to the 3 scheduled parties (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), and the performances of singers Gaby Galan, Kewin Cosmos, and Ricky Manuel, to be held at the parties according to the schedule.

Tickets for “Pre Party,” “After Party,” “Warm-ups,” or similar events are NOT included in the FULL PASS.

Hotel, meals, transportation, T-shirt, and other items are NOT included in the FULL PASS of the Brazil Bachata Festival.

They are supplementary parties, with an average entry fee of around 70 reais, not mandatory, and NOT INCLUDED IN THE FULL PASS, which will take place between Thursday, November 2nd (national holiday), and Monday, November 6th, 2023.

The airports of Santos Dumont (SDU) and Galeão (GIG), despite the difference in distance, are compatible and serve the event participants very well.

The BBF is a unique and unmissable experience and only sells FULL PASS since 2017 in order to guarantee the customer comfort and interaction with the contracted artists. There are no exceptions.

If there is a force majeure event that prevents the event from taking place, the amount paid will be automatically transferred to the following year without any possible refund.

In the event that any artist is unable to attend, the organization reserves the right, in individual cases or for couples, to replace them with a similar artist or couple. In the event of a partnership breakdown and both parties continue to work, it is up to the organization to decide whether to hire only one of them or both individually. However, if the situation arises within 30 days of the event, the organization is not obligated to replace any couple or artist.

Participant’s continuous engagement begins 7 days after the first installment payment combined with the receipt of the current rules via email.
This means that a participant who can no longer attend the event due to personal or professional reasons cannot receive a refund or use the credit for another year.
However, they can transfer the credit to someone who is not yet enrolled. There is no possibility of transferring funds between already registered participants.
